WORK / GARMENTS

METALLURGIC / CIRCUS COUTURE

Circus Couture and Cure 4 The Kids Foundation partner each year for a spectacular, one-of-a-kind Performance, Fashion, and Art Event benefiting The Children's Specialty Center of Nevada. Circus Couture features the top Cirque du Soleil performers and dancers from shows on the Las Vegas Strip, fine art from local professional artists, and couture, high fashion designers and models. For two consecutive years, my garments have been featured in Circus Couture's avant-garde runway.

Metallurgic is a geometric bodysuit paired with a sequined skirt that was featured in Circus Couture's 2017 show PRYSM. Inspired by a metallic warrior princess, this garment was made out of lenticular fabric, reversible sequins, reflective fabric, and vinyl. With all these elements combined, Metallurgic turned hearts as it glistened down the runway.

LUCKY RABBIT FOOT / CIRCUS COUTURE

The Lucky Rabbit Foot dress walked the Circus Couture: "Lucky" runway in 2016. Approximately 20 rabbit feet, 20 white rabbit pelts, 3 yards of vinyl, a lot of rhinestones, and a wire understructure went into the making of this garment.

CHILDISH

In short, Childish is a very childish garment. It doubles as a dress and an interactive art piece. Inspired by my old childhood artwork and all things crafty, the garment comes with fabric coloring book images for viewers to color and attach to the dress in whichever way they want via velcro patches. Childish will take you right down memory lane to the fun, simple, and more colorful days of your youth.

VIDA TRAS VIDA

Inspired by the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead, or Dia de los Muertos, Vida Tras Vida directly translates to life after life in Spanish. The garment celebrates the tradition of celebrating the dead as opposed to mourning.
